Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, have their own policies and terms. We are not responsible for their content, access, charges, availability, or data practices.

5. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that material is complete, accurate, current, or available, or that any linked portal will work or produce a correct result.

We may revise these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Restricting Access

We may block or restrict access, without notice, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
